Intake on location

To get to know each other and to get a feeling of the environment(s) we are about to tackle it is essential we meet on location. Atmosphere, lighting, existing colour schemes, navigation and orientation are all aspects we have to consider before starting a design. Communication will be in either Dutch or English let us know what suits you best.

Concept plan

With all this gathered information we will write a concept plan specifically for your space including price options. Every space/room needs a new design therefore we price our services depending on the amount of spaces. From here you can also let us know whether you would like us to purchase furniture for you or whether custom made features are wanted so we can contact furniture builders on time. Lighting plan and/or purchasing of furniture is optional and will be priced accordingly.

Before we start drawing it is essential to photograph the space(s) thoroughly and measure the entire space. This ensures us the right reference and measurements for detailed floorpans and 3D drawings. Also existing furniture that we have to consider will be taken into the design, this makes the new design merge seamlessly with existing features of the space.

In this (online) presentation we will go through a detailed concept plan covering all aspects of the space. We will have 3D drawings of the space(s), Colour options, (optional) made to measure furniture drawings, lighting advise, new navigation where needed and material advise. In this phase there is plenty of room for adjustments so it is key we discuss this thoroughly. 

After a few weeks of drawing, measuring and the occasional sleepless nights we will present you the final result of our quest. Whether online or on location we will go through a detailed document where we have covered all aspects to bring your space to a new level. You will receive this document digital and where needed printed for reference. 

For every design we make we will photograph the finished result professionally. Not only will you have a completely styled environment, for us as designers it is another beauty we can add to our portfolio.
